The breakfast was delicious and the staff was friendly. the hotel is located in a bustling area with plenty of restaurants and entertainment options nearby. I particularly enjoyed the complimentary shuttle service to the nearby shopping mall and the complimentary bottled water in my room.
My room was quite noisy due to outside disturbances and poor sound insulation. the room lacked sufficient lighting and had some maintenance issues that needed attention.

Had Easter stay here, the location was perfect, as it was close to many restaurants and cafes. The staff, despite being very busy, were friendly and helpful. The room had great TV and a comfortable bed that provided excellent value for money.
The hotel was in the midst of a string of night clubs, and there was an outdoor band playing loud music until the early hours of the morning. Even from the top floor, the loud music could be heard all night long, which made it hard to have a relaxing stay, and unfortunately, the noise level was too extreme to ignore.

I was pleasantly surprised by the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff at Ritz Astor. Despite some small inconveniences like no slippers in the room and the need to remind them for an extra bed, the staff went out of their way to make our stay enjoyable. The location of the hotel is also great, with plenty of restaurants and a big shopping mall nearby. I would recommend Ritz Astor for a pleasant stay in Manila.
